TORRIJAS
INGREDIENTS:
-Bread
-Milk
-Sugar
-Eggs
-Cinnamon
-Olive Oil
FOR 6 PEOPLE
-1 loaf of French bread
-1 litre of milk
-3 eggs
-500g of sugar
-10g of cinnamon
-Enough oil for covering the surface of the frying pan
HOW TO PREPARE IT:
First cut the bread in thick slices. Then put the bread into the milk and into beaten eggs. Fry slices of bread until the bread gets toasted. Add sugar and cinnamon on top to decorate.

Ingredients: (4 people)
How to prepare it:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with enough oil to fry potatoes until they get gold-coloured.
Then, whip the eggs, add a pinch of salt and mix them with the potatoes.
Leave the mixture of eggs and potatoes in the frying pan and let it curdle on the bottom. Turn the omelette over using a plate and let it curdle on the other side.
Now, your tortilla is ready to serve.

- 6 eggs
- Oil
- Salt (a pinch)
